Sutton Grange Fairbank Cabernet Merlot 2018 dejworld-wine truly greatBrick red in colour, with a purple hue. Notes of black fruits and plums, with savoury notes of cedar and black olives. Aromatics of rosemary and peppermint. The palate has bright cranberry and plum fruits, with black fruits and fleshy texture. The tannins are savoury and youthful, with great tension on the palate from the bright acidity.
