Eisenstone 'Koonunga' Shiraz SR807 2021 Size::1 Bottle carrying finely judged oakGrapes were sourced from Becker Vineyard in the Koonunga sub region of the Barossa Valley. Four generations of the Becker Family owned the small vineyard until it was recently purchased by the Hoffmann family. The vineyard is sited on deeper loam soils over red clays that follow a small creek that runs through the property. Winemaking The grapes were fermented in small batches and after fermentation was matured in 50% new French oak for 18 months
