From Springton sub region of the Barossa, the 2021 Torzi Matthews Mystic Park Shiraz is produced via a combination of whole berry and 25% whole bunch natural vineyard yeast ferment in small open top fermenters. Basket pressed into seasoned 500 litre French oak barrels, this is bottled unfiltered.
