Hand harvests and traditional winemaking processes give a wine with red and black fruits aromas (blackberry and plum)

floral perfume with just a dash of red fruited strawberry aromas from the Pinot Noir to add an extra layer of interest

with a good acidity

Malolactic fermentation is done in barrel and aged 12-14 months on lees and the wine is bottled without filtration

The tannins are perfectly integrated, testifying to a subtle alliance between oak and fruit. The finish offers superb aromas of toast, rancio and candied fruit. The natural colour of the Domaine's Bas Armagnacs comes exclusively from aging in oak barrels.
