Valfieri L'Antidoto Rosè essiccata L’invecchiamento è di almeno treThe ros wine L'Antidoto di Valfieri is born in vineyards located on the hills of Costigliole d'Asti for the Barbera grapes, of Neive, Barbaresco and Serralunga d'Alba for the Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes are macerated for an hour on the skins, then the must is separated using the Saigne method. They are subsequently vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, and then aged for 6 months, again in stainless steel, and 2 months in the bottle. Pale
