The Laos Dok Phikoun flower is the centerpiece to this work of art and is thought to assure good health and fortune. To create this necklace, sterling silver is hand run through a flattener until it becomes a very fine silver wire. Next the fine wire is run through a spindle to create the petals to the flower. As the center of the flower is
