This grape variety is certainly the one that Trentino winemakers are most fond of, also because it is the only native white grape variety still cultivated. In the mild and breezy climate of the Valle dei Laghi, Nosiola has found one of its ideal cultivation contexts, so much so that it has become a symbol of the material culture and collective imagination of this land.
