The grapes ferment in steel with only indiegenous yeasts, followed by a short aging before bottling, for which a screw cap closure (Stelvin) was chosen. The result is a wine with a slender structure, fresh and mineral sip. Great drinkability and pleasantness for this white wine with a delicate olfactory profile, citrusy to recall
