The Turnip Purple Top Milan produces white and flat round roots with a purple colored top just above the ground. The variety's roots are particularly known for their mild but crisp taste and can be prepared in many different ways. At Florea, we recommend roasting the turnips with garlic, a bit of chili, salt, and a couple of fresh sprigs of thyme. Incredibly delicious, but above all, a very decorative way
